The Solution: An integrated framework designed to move churches from one-off events to a year-round culture of discipleship. Through a structured cycle of diagnosis, planning, and implementation, this program equips the local church to function as a sustainable center of evangelism.
Program Breakdown — The Implementation Framework
Phase 1: Diagnosis
Action: Assessing church barriers, spiritual gifts, and community needs.
Outcome: A data-driven snapshot of current health and growth potential.
Phase 2: Planning
Action: Developing realistic timelines and repeatable outreach strategies.
Outcome: A cohesive, sustainable roadmap for the evangelism cycle.
Phase 3: Implementation
Action: Executing action plans and establishing Bible worker mentorship.
Outcome: Moving from theory to active, consistent local ministry.
Phase 4: Training & Identity
Action: Instruction on mission identity, spiritual warfare, and community outreach.
Outcome: A confident, engaged laity with at least one fully trained Bible worker left in place.
Expanded Support: available for leadership consultations, during-series media/outreach instruction, pre-series strategy, and individual mentorship to ensure long-term success.

Sustained Commitment: Church commitment is important! Prioritizing consistency and spiritual depth over quick fixes.
Active Membership: Success relies on the congregation’s presence; every member is a vital part of the ministry team.
Spiritual Harvest: We move beyond quotas and benchmarks to focus on faithful cooperation with God’s leading. While we do not predetermine numerical outcomes, we trust in the diverse fruit brought by the Holy Spirit through the biblical cycle of evangelism.

Program Length: 1–3 Months for full depth of instruction. Shorter 1–3 week programs are available at varied costs.
